By using PingNum, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or purchasing any services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PingNum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PingNum provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes (OTPs). Numbers are provided for lawful, single-use verification purposes only. Numbers are not guaranteed to work for all services due to carrier-level blocking outside our control.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

Creating fraudulent accounts on third-party platforms
Spam, phishing, or any form of fraud
Circumventing platform bans or restrictions for malicious intent
Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
Reselling access without explicit written permission

4. Account & Balance

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Balance added to your wallet is non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Unused balance does not expire.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our service, all purchases are final. A number is considered "used" once it is assigned to your account. We do not issue refunds for:

Numbers that received no SMS (due to third-party service behavior)
Expired sessions where the user did not extend in time
Wallet top-ups already consumed

In cases of platform error or proven non-delivery due to our systems, we will apply a credit at our discretion.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

PingNum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
